Our Mission of Service

We train individuals on how to use Internet and other software tools.

Our goal is to make people aware of how to use computers so they can know more about the world around them, learn how to create employment documents, and learn how to take online classes to upgrade and enhance their skills.

We distribute used PCs, Laptops, and Computer Accessories.

We distribute used PCs, laptops, and computer accessories to individuals and charitable groups.

We help recipients refurbish their own PCs and Laptops.

Part of our mission is to help people to help themselves. Our goal is for our recipients to help us refurbish the computers so they become more knowledgeable about how computers and computer accessories work.

We collect discarded laptops.

Our purpose is to help the community by collecting older PCs, laptops (preferred), and computer accessories, and sharing them with others in need.

Why Computerstogive?

Before going on an LDS service mission, I spent a year helping folks refurbish or replace their laptops. A word from the President

One of my favorite scriptures is found in the Book of Mormon, Another Testament of Jesus Christ in Mosiah 2:17 from the lecture of King Benjamin: "And behold, I tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom; that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God." Starting this organization is one of the ways I feel I can fulfil the blessing of service in our lives. Computers are a wonderful way to open the doors to the universe, to the community, and to families. Through our mission to help the community one person and one computer at a time, we hope to be able to provide service to and bless the lives of others. Please join us in this effort to collect, refurbish, and redistribute laptops to those in need.
